Every published case keeps the source condition, processing settings, QA evidence, and an actual ET/CAD review separate. A result is a reviewable draft, never a production promise.
Cases leave the public index when their verification is more than 90 days old or the recorded workflow changes.
Verified cases are being prepared
We publish a case only after its complete, sanitized evidence pack has been reviewed in a recorded ET/CAD version. Existing illustrations are not substitutes for that evidence.
